Set up your Sadhana Practice

I will personally custom design your Sadhana practice based on the numerology of your birthday.

In the tradition of Kundalini Yoga, we have 10 bodies. Each number represents one of them. If you have the same number multiple times, it is an indication that is an important body to keep balanced, otherwise it might crate more unbalance, uneasiness, and suffering in your life.

What you will receive:

After receiving your information, it will take me up to 3 days to have your practice ready which includes the following:

• A written explanation of your numerology chart

• A full video of your Sadhana practice

• A 30 minute call with me for more explanation and questions.

Important:

You must choose first the hour and day for the 30 minute call with me. After that will take you to the following page where you will fill out your information and then the payment.

Set up the call for two weeks after the 3 business days that will take me to have your numerology chart, and full Sadhana video. For example, if you are booking it on Monday night, you will book your call with me for two weeks from the Friday you receive your Sadhana. This way you can practice it for about two weeks prior to your call. Then, you will have some experience and perhaps more questions.
