Set up your Sadhana Practice

I will personally custom design your Sadhana practice based on the numerology of your birthday.

In the tradition of Kundalini Yoga, we have 10 bodies. Each number represents one of them. If you have the same number multiple times, it is an indication that is an important body to keep balanced, otherwise it might crate more unbalance, uneasiness, and suffering in your life.

What you will receive:

After receiving your information, it will take me up to 3 days to have your practice ready which includes the following:

• A written explanation of your numerology chart

• A full video of your Sadhana practice

• A 30 minute call with me for more explanation and questions.

Important:

You must choose first the hour and day for the 30 minute call with me. After that will take you to the following page where you will fill out your information and then the payment.

Remember to give me at least 3 working days in order to work on your practice and a minimum of one day of practice so you can ask me questions about it. This means a minimum of 4 days prior to the election of the day of the call.
