When you have a specific area where you do inner work, your being already relates the space with the work. Therefore, anything else that you might want to do outside of inner work in the same space might be challenging.
In this Retreat, we have a specific location, Munay Sonqo Retreat & Yoga Center to do the work, so your being knows, is prepared and can give you its all. Then, we move to Villa La Capilla Lodge to find a deeper relaxation so integration is easily accessed.
