Awakening your Truth

It is an honor to introduce to our commUnity two Portals of Transformation & Awakening that have helped me so dearly to remember my truth, my power and the wisdom of my lineage, as well as the Wisdom of our Earth and the Universe:

• Cacao Sacred Dance

• Innerdance

I was introduced to innerdance when I lived in Thailand in 2018. It was the Dimensional Portal that my being had been waiting for to soften, let go and remember. I have participated in an immersion in Koh Phangan, Thailand with the one that brought it back to the Earth in this form, Pai, a brother from the Phillipines and studied under Serena Olsen, the master mind behind the innerdance sound wave, doing two Facilitator Trainings and Co-facilitating an Innerdance Training and Retreat in the Sacred Valley of Perú in 2024.

In 2019, I was introduced to Sacred Dance and studied under Niki Coate the founder of Sacred Dance holding space ever since online and in person. In 2022, I was part of the Facilitator Team in a Sacred Dance training with Niki and other sisters in Cusco, Perú. As I continue to expand my gifts, life has given me the opportunity to begin to share again these two powerful Containers where we get to move so much energy, free ourselves from the past and return to the power of our lineages and Heart.

I invite you to join me to continue to shift back into love:

• Friday October 31st: Innerdance at the Center for Being in Lawrence, Kansas.

Sacred Dance is a Ceremony of Movement to experience even more the magic of your own being and your connection to the Universe. The playlist for Cacao Sacred Dance goes in waves to help you move stuck energy so you can receive and remember. We will start with a cup of our Dear Mami Cacao to soften and connect deeper with your Heart and Being.

Next Gathering : Nov 21st

Innerdance is a profound, energy intensive and often life changing experience. It connects participants to collective energies as well as the deeply personal energies of our unique inner worlds. We will start with the breath, a Somatic Experience to cleanse your energetic bodies as well as the physical in order to experience more during the soundscape.

Your Facilitator

Rukmani was born and raised in Lima, Perú. Her lineage comes from both the indigenous communities of her Mother Land (Rainforest area and Center Mountain Range) as well as from Spain. As a kid, teenager and young adult, she suffered from depression, anxiety, self-destructive patters as well as bulimia, anorexia and self-distorted image. When these energies became too much for her, she entered a deep depression where she had massive suicidal tendencies. In the darkest space of her being after trying to commit suicide her light ignited in the form of a phrase,

“There’s gotta be more to life than suffering.”

This curiosity was the turning point in her journey. Life became a flow of wisdom through different teachers and experiences. She was so hungry to know what she was that she took different kinds of trainings : Yoga, Breath work, Meditation, Sound Healing, Reiki, Space Holder, etc, leading her to wisdom of her Ancestors and her Soul through a Kundalini Awakening. From there on, she surrendered to her channeling abilities and dedicated her life to help empower other sisters around the world.
