Sadhana

Sadhana is your daily Spiritual Practice.

It is your foundation not only for the day but also for your life. As you continue to work consciously with all the elements, your true self continues to surface up more and more, letting go of façades, protective walls and stories crated in the mind about who you are.

Sādhana in Sanskrit means realization, reaching the meditative state by tuning in to the Divine that lives within us. By doing such, we realize that harming someone outside of you is also harming yourself. Therefore, compassion and unconditional love begin to flow with ease throughout your life.

In order to achieve this realization, which has many stages, you must practice Sadhana with devotion, patience and love. Remembering why you are doing it every day helps to open up the space of the Divine within you easier, as you continue to show up out of love of the true self rather than the ego.
