Hola kids! Let me start with say that today, I... We TOTALLY slacked on the fat intake... π±ππͺ ... I'd like to blame it on the no hunger thing and finding a place to live, BUT that's no excuse... and wel... we are out of MTC oil!!! WAAHHHHH ππππ
Ok... after my morning practices, I decided to make a smoothie bowl. D showed me a Keto one and... I LOOOOOVE smoothie bowls!!! So that had been in my mind lately. Although it looked SOOO pretty, I didn't eat it π After I was done making it, somehow I wasnt even hungry! So I decided to eat it later or tomorrow morning... ahhhhyyy Dios MΓo! Anyways, let me show you its beauty! π
I made an avocado smoothie with spinach, a bit of wheatgrass, probably 8 blueberries from PerΓΊ! YUP! I found some! ππππ topped it with cacao nibs, chia seeds, hemp seeds and a mixture of peanuts, cashews and pecans. I sprinkled some cinnamon on top of the nuts because... why not! π
Ok, D made his bulletproof coffee and let me try it... are you ready for my answer?!?! Here it is: DELIIIICCIIIIOOOUUUSSS!!!! ππ he should be making the one at that one restaurant! HAHAHAHA Honestly though... that one... I felt I was just drinking butter and I was never really a butter fan until... until this coffee happened! π
He gave me some of his and he's making me some tomorrow morning... YAAAS!!! #Excited ππβ
Breakfast time! π More like brunch really... remember about my egg thing yesterday? Weeellll I really REALLY wanted eggs today and luckily he did too! AND I got the omelette I wanted yesterday morning! Hehehe
We went to the Salad Concept and I got this beauty right here! ππππππ of course put some oil in it as well as in my Soy Latte! ππ
And I got double hearts! πππ
Lunch time came and we decided to go to this one restaurant in Nimman that's been popping every time we've seen it! And YUP! We did say no sugar and no oyster sauce! We're getting this shit down! ππ
We order SOO many things hahaha 2 veggie dishes both with egg ( telling you! Truly enjoy this egg thing which is surprising!) ππ
AND a mushroom soup (YUUUUMMSSS) and the other two dishes were meat dishes so they are not mentioned here. HAHAHAHA
And well... because we had pretty much zero fat intake today... I'm exaggerating but that's how it felt like... when we got home a made a smoothie thing full of delish fats!
This was 3/4 of a HUUUGE avocado, peanut butter, peanuts, cacao nibs, cacao powder, 3 squares of 99% dark chocolate and pistachio milk looks like! ππππ topped with more peanuts, cacao nibs and cinnamon! AH! I did put some cinnamon and vanilla extract in the mix as well!
SOOO filling, I couldn't finish it all! But SUPER yums!! ππ
