Hi friends! Two weeks! WOW! two weeks and it's been GREAT!
The first week was a little challenging for the fact that we both got the Keto flu... felt out of energy, like I was getting a cold then not really, my body didn't want to do ANYTHING some days, which kinda freaked me out not gonna lie... I'm SOOO used to being SUPER active: working out and practicing yoga every day... that didn't happened. However, it got better and better and I was able to do more physical activities but how I am used to. Slowly I added workouts and yoga... I didn't want to pass out of kill my body to be completely honest... I've done that before and it's not fun AT ALL. Plus, we were staying in a condo, but still needed to find a place where to stay longer and not worry about moving all our shit again... that sounds like we have TONS of stuff HAHAHAHA 😝
Ok, shall we start? ... like I haven't... 🤣 ... ok... concentrate... Bulletproof Coffee ... I have to admit that is quite delish! And the butter gives it the Latte texture, which I ADORE! 😍😍 Plus, the fact that I don't have to make and it gets done for me too ... someone gets DOUPLE brownie points! 😉

In between packing and moving, yesterday was a bit hectic, but we made it work 🤗 I did have a few nuts while we were packing; I needed something in my belly. All the stress and the moving around made me a tad hungry 😮
For breakfast... more like brunch really ... we went to the Keto Restaurant/Store to pick up some things and of course... to eat! 😋
The fact that I haven't had an oven to make the cauliflower pizza dough thingy, had me thinking and thinking and overthinking about having pizza AAANNNNDDD of course they have some on their menu! 😍😍
A side note before I continue to share... if you live in Chiang Mai or visiting, I TOTALLY recommend stopping by Sunturi Keto. They are ABSOLUTELY amazing! They totally made a special pizza for me without any cheese or meats! And because there is a Keto meeting this weekend there, the sweet lady asked me what I wanted to eat, that she will make me WHATEVER I am craving!! 😍😍😍 like... talk about getting spoiled! 💖💖 getting coffee made for me and anything I desire in a restaurant! SOOO grateful! 🙏💖
Ok! Back to brunch meow! 😄 I saw Matcha Latte on the menu... Yup! You guess right! I got some with Coconut Milk! Mmm 😋

While we were waiting for the food, we looked around the store and saw some bread!!! 😋😋😍😍 Avocado bread... WHHHAAAATTT!!! Definitely got some and tried it right there! Lol 👇👇
It looked SOOO good, someone couldn't wait for me to be done with the picture session! 😂😂 Fluffy, soft, and not feeling that you're gonna explode after having some! HAHAHA in other words, or emojis : 👌😍!
Ok, what I had been waiting ALL my life ... lol ... it felt like it honestly! Pizza!!!

Veggie pizza with microgreens and a side of salad! WOW!!! Blew my mind!!! It was TOTALLY what I needed and wanted! 😍😍
We also got some cheesecake there and tried it as soon as we got home HAHAHAHA talk about patience! 😜
After dinner, D had another slice with blueberries... Perfect combination!! 👌 I didn't want to have some, because I was actually super full, but because there were blueberries involved, he said I had to... 😂 and fed me a spoon full of deliciousness. I tried to convince him to do the airplane noises too, he didn't fall for it... soon... pretty pretty soon...😜
After going shopping for some things for the new house and groceries, we went to a restaurant near by, because I was too lazy too cook... specially after having done so much today... or felt like. 😜
I was SOO hungry that ordered a salad and some veggie rolls to share... Let me tell you that my jaw dropped as soon as I saw not only the salad but its size! 😱 👇
And I was TOTALLY hoping they had forgotten that we even mentioned the veggie rolls, but ... they didn't. When they came, I had a thought "Shit! We fucked up!" 😂😂 because the veggie rolls were wrapped in rice paper!!! Completely forgot about it!! AND they had ham... PLOP! 🙄
I didn't wanna waste it... ok... I'm going to rephrase this... I didn't want to waste as much and eat what I could. I took the rice paper off... I KNOW!! So wasteful, but honestly, I do LOOVE not having carbs and I'm trying to do this Keto thing as well as possible!... doing not trying... and the ham...and the carrots... hahaha wtf... so I had lettuce and eggs... Jesus... next time... stay AWAY from veggie wraps even if you feel you can eat the entire Globe! 😂😂
Last thing, like I mentioned before, D was being such a child (I do love when he acts like that! 😜) and wanted some cheesecake with blueberries and Pistachio Milk, so I served him some and had a bite! Mmm the perfect bite before ending the night! 💖
