Today is day 22 of Plant Based Keto!
I feel like I'm relearning to eat lol as I haven't really been able to have solid foods, but smoothie bowls and smoothies. I AM keeping up with the fat intake otherwise it wouldn't be Keto, meow wouldn't it? 😜
As always, the day began with some delish bulletproof coffee as I wrote my morning pages. 🤗
With a beautiful reminder that's on my mirror to trust the unknown, love my life and remember my divinity. 🤗 Let's be honest, sometimes it can be easy to forget about it.
For breakfast, I made a smoothie bowl... yes I know, I'm being such a child but that's all my body is truly wanting... gotta listen to your body.
I blended half of an avocado, sunflower microgreens, cinammon, cacao powder, moringa powder, some hemp seeds, a piece of 99% chocolate, a few almonds and Pistachio milk. I topped it with some cacao nibs, almonds and cinnamon... quite good... yet I still wasnt feeling the chewing thing... 🤣😂😂
After practicing some yoga, I made a smoothie 🤗
Once again, I gotta make sure I am having the necessary fat intake. That being said, I used half of an avocado, some leafy greens. Some peanut butter, a few blueberries and Pistachio milk. Simple yet delicious and filling. 😊
SOOOO... we both decided to be children tonight and have cheesecake with some berries for dinner! 😍😋😋😋✌ I went all out and have Chocolate Coconut Milk with it as well! Hehehe

Oh! And since D and I are already on ketosis, we have decided to so water fasting for 2 days! This coming Sunday and Monday. We shall see how that goes! 🤗
