PB Keto - Día 31

I woke up super duper late today! Ok... well I actually woke up at the normally time I do, BUT I was SOO exhausted. I meditated and went back to laying down for a bit.

I did feel I was hungry for something so I made and avocado shake and put some nuts and hemp seeds on top. Then, I went back to lay down again and woke up past 11.30am! WOWNESS!!! that truly doesn't happen! I must've been super duper tired!

When I finally opened my eyes, I see my desk and Amor had left some coffee and eggs for me!! 😍😍😍👌 How sweet!!! 💕💕

He did ask me, but one eye was opened, the other one closed and then I passed out again! Lol GREAT combo though! Not sure how I survived all these years without coffee and eggs! Haha 😂😂

Night time comes and well, I worked out since I missed the morning workout and going back to the chewing thing, an avocado cucumber shake with protein sounded like it was what I needed! I added some chia seeds! #Puurrff 😍👌👌😋😋

I truly like having shakes for dinner lol when I have an actual meal, it makes me feel SOOO gross somehow... ya... not sure why... maybe because I used to eat so many carbs that would make me feel I was gonna explode?! Lol who knows! Has this happened to you guys?!
