I do LOOOVE waking up when the sun is not up and do Sadhana in completely darkness! It's SOOOO peaceful, SO magical, it helps me tune in and connect deeper with myself.
After I was done with it, I decided to make a Matcha Latte, D style, with butter (homemade vegan butter! 😜)... he's been doing the Bulletproof coffee thing for a while meow and he recommended I put some butter in my latte. "Wait till you try it" were some of his words... although, he was definitely talking about grass fed butter ... been thinking about a transition to add that butter to my diet as well as free range eggs ... 🙀 I know, I know, can't really say anything about it until I try it. I feel like I'm SLOWLY adjusting my mind to that transition 😂😂...
Anyways, Matcha Latte! YUUMS!! And it was completely delish with the butter, coconut oil, MTC oil, some Psyllium Husk, a bit of Erythritol and Almond milk! I'm gonna say it again... YUMS YUMS YUUUUMMSSS! 👇👇

I also did have two crackers with homemade cashew cheese and it was BOMB!! 😍😍👌👌 combinating of the kick of the cracker and well ... the deliciousness of the cheese! 😝 👇

Ok so... I went to the Organic Market at One in Nimman... specifically because I wanted to get cacao nibs and make a smoothie bowl with it... which I haven't done yet 🙈😂... of course I ended up buying more things, such as tofu, veggies, herbal tea with no sugar of course! and wheatgrass. Ok... here is the thing: I do LOOOVE me some wheatgrass shot. However, I had NO idea one ounce of it is equal to 16 grams of carbs!! 🙀 PLOP!!

The vegan cheese lady (Thank God!!!), also a vegan keto lady, had her stand right in front of the wheatgrass one and called me after I had the shot to show me the calculator... like... there's a calculator?!?! Of course there is! 🤣 live and learn... meow I know. 😝
I wanted something refreshing for lunch, so I opted for a salad, but... being who I am, I had to make something else too with the leftovers I had in the fridge, so it wouldn't go bad.✌ Mixed veggies with nuts, seeds, avocados, olive oil, salt and pepper! 😋😍😍
I also made sautés mushrooms mixed with some vegan meat and the steam of the cauliflower that I had from making the Cauliflower Mashed Potatoes. I just put some sesame seed oil, salt and pepper. Served on Chinese cabbage? Some lettuce looking thing. Lol VOILÀ! Lunch was perf! 😊
There truly wasn't much of a dinner. I had made a bag of trail mix with different kinds of nuts, seeds, cacao nibs and 99% Dark Chocolate... ate some of that with some sisters I met 🤗 (went to a sister circle! 🙌💖) and by the time I got back home, I truly wasnt hungry. HOWEVER, my mind kicked in and thought that perhaps I DID need something else, SOOO I made a shake thingy with Homemade Coconut Yogurt, cacao nibs (I'm on a kick!), Peanut Butter and vanilla extract. Yup! It was as good as it sounds, yet I didn't finish it... I might have a thing for making drinks at night and not finishing them. 😮
Ok sweet souls, time to get off the floor ( I'm laying down on my yoga mat) and go sleepy sleepy. 🙂
