PB Keto - Día 16

Buenos buenos días amiguitos! Se acuerdan de la cena de ayer en la noche?! 😜 hehehe... ok ok... that was your Spanish lesson for the day hahaha .... do you remember last night's dinner?! Pancakes?! Weeellll, it was too filling to finish, so we decided to have it for breakfast today! 😍Mmm. Nothing can go wrong when having pancakes! ☺ but before this! I got spoiled AGAIN...he he he ... with some Bulletproof coffee D made me 💖 and as always it was 👌! And I enjoyed it as I was writing my morning pages; puurrrffect combination! 😍

Last night, D also made some ice cream and since pancakes can be a little dry, we decided to have some ice cream with them! YUUUUUMMMSSS!!! PLUS, it was my first time trying D's super special Ice cream! Since... eggs are part of the equation Haha

This time, instead of making a Chocolate Peanut Butter Sauce, I just made a PB one. Since the ice cream is chocolate anyways... too much chocolate sometimes makes my taste buds feel funky. 😝 Ok, here is the pic! Also had some leftover eggs whites from the ice cream that I cooked as well 👇

I added some microgreens because... we need to have some greens! Come on! Lol 🤣

A few hours after breakfast we decided to go to the gym (Yay!!! 🙌🙌🙌) and I was ordered to eat something small even though I wasnt hungry at all! 🙄 I guess it's a good think someone is also taking care of me! 🙏

The solution for that was a homemade coconut yogurt bowl with some seeds, nuts, cacao nibs, cinammon and a few berries. Tasty, I do have to admit.🙂

Lately, my tastebuds have been craving things I couldn't eat for the longest time... we already know about eggs, butter, this time is spicy food... which I stopped eating, probably two years ago? Maybe a bit more, given that my dosha is mostly Pitta, which means that I have too much fire in me... so it made sense, eating too much spicy food, would make me be like an explosive volcano... not fun for me and specially others 😂😂 perhaps this has changed as well?

I made tofu teriyaki stir fried with veggies. I sautée the tofu first so it'll be crispy, place it in a little bowl while I cooked the veggies and then mixed it all together again. I used the teriyaki sauce from Santuri Keto here in town with some of their Thai Spicy Sauce (spiiiccyyy!!! 💖) and also added fresh red peppers. 👇

I placed avocados around for our fat intake, as well as on top with some sunflower microgreens! I sprinkled some hemp seeds on top for some crunchiness and more deliciousness! Mmm 😍✌💖💖😋 VOILÀ !
