We made it through a week! π and it's Halloween!!! Happy Halloween everyone!!! πππ
Anyways... it was SUCH a COMPLETE STRUGGLE to wake up this morning!!! Like SUUUUUUCHHH A STRUGGGLLLEEE!!! π₯
I tried SOO many times to get out of bed, my mind was in it, yet my body was like "Nah uh! No effing way!!" π±π« I probably tried 4 or 5 times and I just made what seemed like complaining noises... the ones I'm making when I'm feeling sickish... but my body still wouldn't move... ok, so bed for a bit more it is!... this bit more was 3 hours! π¦ Jesus! Hahaha and even when I got up I was feeling kinda out of it.
I'm not quite sure if it's because I went to bed later last night (went to see Bohemian Rhapsody!! The Mr. Robot killed it!!!! πππ I was in such an Awe at his performance!!), the cutting of Carbs and Sugar, what the Artist's Way brings forth, OR again the combination of EVERYTHING! lol but again... 33 years of eating all the delish carbs I wanted... and then stopping... that's a BIG change... my body is probably like "What in the world?!?" ALTHOUGH! I do have to say that I see the difference in my physical body, which is AWESOME for just being in week 1!
Ok... shall we talk about food? YUP!
I made a smoothie this morning again, somehow this chewing thing is not cutting it for me π. This deliciousness is a combination of Almond Milk, Cashew Milk pulp, a scoop of Amazing Greens, a handful of sunflower microgreens, pure vanilla extract, cinnamon, 3 pieces of 99% dark chocolate, 1/2 tbsp of Coconut Oil, 1/3 tbsp of MCT oil and a generous scoop of Peanut Butter (had to make sure I was placing enough fats, because yesterday, I'm pretty sure I didn't have enough of them π). I blended it all, but made sure I left some crunchiness lol and topped it with cinnamon and little pieces of the chocolate. When I was almost done with it, I saw that at the bottom, there was still some chocolate, so I added Pistachio milk and finish it all with a spoon. πππππ #Yummyness
I keep saying that is a GREAT idea to take MCT oil (and nuts and seeds) with me when I go out, yet... I forgot it today.. π... I came to a Doggie CafΓ©, to take myself on an Artist's Date and had some Mint tea ππ mmm ππ
The second part of my Artist's Date was to be by nature, write and have some of the chia pudding I brought with me, which I didn't finish... lol π
βοΈ This is what I prepared the other day... Day 4 and yes, it's still good and quite delish! π
Oh, the Coconut Yogurt I made is good to go meow! ππ The recipe said to wait 24-48 hours depending on the tanginess you'd like to achieve. Mine sat for a day and a half!
For dinner, we went to this Thai restaurant down the street. I ordered Mushroom Tom Kha soup... I asked with no fish sauce and no sugar. I also ordered this mushroom thing, but I guess they thought I order Papaya salad... lol didn't even realized that until I had already put some nuts, seeds and MTC oil on it... ππ, so I had to just eat those things and the soup, which I also put them as well.
