Ok... the same thing... man I almost started writing it in Spanish too... I guess that's a sign because I wanted to do it in Spanish lol ok... gonna do it as well!... happened last night, as in not sleeping well. There was SOOO much going on... this car's alarm probably went off 4 times in the middle of the night and the room is probably facing the street, because EVERYTHING is heard! 😥 HAHAHA cars, people, birds... which I totally don't mind lol... but then waking up with the feeling that I smoked a HUUUUUGE bowl and didn't drink any water AT ALL! And weelll... I haven't smoked from a bong since Vegas AND I'm doing this diet without any plant medicine! So it was a little annoying (for not saying SUPER!) Waking up constantly in the middle of the night, annoyed because I couldn't fall back asleep HAHAHA, going to the baño to pee and drinking so much water because I was SOOO parched! And thinking "Dude! I haven't even smoked!" 🤣😂😂 <--- this happened either 3 or 4 times. Everytime I'd go back to bed, I'd be like "Ok, please just fall asleep!" Lol, gotta implement AGAIN, asking my homies ( my guides and Angels 😉) to help me fall asleep. I told D about it this morning and he said I need to have more salt intake, because my body is using all the electrolytes, so need to replace them... Magnesium... we are gonna become besties from meow on! 😏
Other than that, I woke up SUPER freaking hungry! 😱 Normally, I write my morning pages, my journal and meditate first, but today I couldn't, SOOO... I made a parfaitish looking shake! MMMM 😋😋😍
Here it is! Green Shake! Used a quarter of a GINORMOUS avocado (thai's avocados are HUUUUGE!), homemade Cashew Milk, cinnamon, sunflower microgreens (LOOOOOVE them! 😍), Green Superfood (the Amazing Grass one), organic Moringa Powder, Pumpkin seeds, Hemp Seeds, Basil, half tbsp of Coconut Oil, a tsp of MCT oil and some organic Matcha powder. 🤗
Presentation... remember I'm a BIIIG fan of it!... topped it with crushed Cashews, Hemp Seeds, cinnamon, cacao, microgreens and a cashew hehehe ... let's go back to... Claudia/Rukmani likes making her meals very pretty even before this lifestyle change 😝✌

I have to be completely honest, the only time I was hungry today was when I woke up, after that... I didn't really needed nor wanted anything 🤷♀️ but regardless I prepped some things that thought was gonna eat, just in case 👇
🌷Chia Pudding left overs... I probably had half of the jar and added more coconut milk... it seemed so stuck together? If that makes sense... and some cashew milk as well. Put some hemp seeds, cashews, wheat grass powder and mixed it all together. On top, a generous amount of peanut butter (Mmm 😋😋), sunflower seeds, pumpkin seeds, hemp seeds, a cashew and sprinkled it with cinnamon... which is in the fridge and I'll probably have some tomorrow.
I did, however, had a bit of Ice Cream (the one from above)… Only because D mentioned it and I was like “You know what? That actually sounds good!”, but truly I wasn't hungry Haha… and of course I added more things to it 👇
Topped it with sunflower seeds, pumpkin seeds, hemp seeds, cashews, some peanut butter and sprinkled it with some cinnamon and cacao powder. I didn't finish it all, but had ALL the toppings lol ✌
Ok... dinner time... I'm going back to my normal routine to wake up at 5am to actually have time for all my morning practices and being able to go to bed early (I feel like such an old woman typing this 😂😂). Soooo dinner was around 6.30pm BUT, I didn't feel like cooking so we went to the Maya Mall and got some food there. Let's go back to... Claudia did not feel hungry, so she didn't eat much hahaha 😝

Shredded shiitake mushrooms and stir fried eggplant. I didn't have the carrots in it because of the carbs they have and didn't finish the mushrooms, but luckily I got someone that can finish my food 😜🤣😂
Given that I wasn't sure how much fat there was in this meal, when I got home I made some chamomile tea with 1/8 tbsp of MTC oil and 1/4 tbsp of coconut oil. I am quite sure it'll help me sleep since the past two night have been... don't wanna say awful, but not too nice AND I'm already feeling sleepy and I'm about to do some yin yoga 😏✌💖
Anyways, day 4 ✔ Let's see if the not hungry thing continues tomorrow. 😝
Oh! And I'm also doing the intermittent fasting: not eating for 12-14 hours 🤗
