Ok, let's begin with coffee!! Come on! I feel like a morning without coffee is not a complete morning! Lol ... wow ... I never thought I'd say that to be honest... I wasn't a coffee person, but a tea one. However, I still do love me some tea! But mornings with coffee and journaling are just badass! Haha
That being said, here is the coffee! On my work, art, journaling table, next to Wasunthara, the Earth Goddess. This is a card D got for me, so I have it on my table as a reminder of how loving and thoughtful he is and also to remember I am a Goddess myself! 🤗
For a little breakfast, I made myself a smoothie bowl. I've notice that my body is being a little weird with solid foods... does that happen to any of you?... so, I'm going with what my body needs, which should ALWAYS be the priority anyway in my opinion. 🤗 Listen to your body, listen to your heart, listen to your being. ALWAYS 💕
Okis, going back to the bowl. I used simple ingredients... I have an AMAZING team behind the scenes that is always guiding on what it's best for me to eat, do, say, which is quite DOPE! 😍 SOO grateful! 🙏 ... I used a quarter of a ginormous avocado (because that's all we had left lol), a few blueberries, pistachio milk, hemp seeds, pumpking seeds, cinnamon, vanilla extract and Matcha powder. I blended all the ingredients together, placed them in a bowl and sprinkled some cinnamon, a bit more of hemp seeds, cacao nibs and a few almonds. 🤗 Ah! While I was making the smoothie and heating up D's breakfast, I did enjoy some unsalted Almonds; again... the guidance... I'm fully listening meow! 😜✌💕
We went to Sunturi Keto to pick up some MCT oil and decided to have lunch there. However, we were running a bit late and we had to take it to go... that being said, I kinda skipped lunch because I had a class... it is still kinda weird to me that hunger is pretty much non existent... 😞
The same thing happened for dinner. I knew I had to eat something but the thought of it was like meh. I did however, made myself a smoothie with avocado, coconut milk, celery, sunflower microgreens, sunflower seeds and a couple of blackberries. 😁
Also, I heated up the pizza that was supposed to be my lunch and shared it with D. 🙂
Normally, when my tastebuds are working properly I'm super duper excited for pizza; plus I KNOW how great this one, I've had it before. Tonight... I just wasn't feeling it.
